Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. BOOKING: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

  2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit may be required to cover any damage or breakages that may occur during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition.

  3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full booking amount, unless the property can be re-booked for the same period.

  4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4 PM on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is specified in the property description. Additional guests may result in a fee or termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

  6. NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

  7. PETS: This property is pet friendly.

  8. CLEANING: The property should be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

  9. LIABILITY: The property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.

  10. QUIET HOURS: Guests agree to respect the peace and enjoyment of their neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
